Manufacturing director Tom Sanders (Michael Douglas) at technology company DigiCom - which is owned by Bob Garvin (Donald Sutherland) and about to undergo a merger - is passed over for the Vice President position in favor of Tom's ex-girlfriend Meredith (Demi Moore), so she lures him into her new office to seduce him, he refuses and then she accuses him of sexually harassing her.  The script by Paul Attanasio (working off the novel by Michael Crichton) smartly "flips" the traditional framework of what we typically picture when it comes to work politics, making the "aggressor" the female and the "victim" the male (although he does tear off those panties with glee), yet it never bothers exploring Meredith's psyche (she's a submissive male's fantasy out of some crackpot porno) and resorts to ridiculous tricks (an exonerating phone call, laughably dated virtual reality) to wrap things up neatly (plus, there's an all-too forgiving wife).  This is the last film in the (unofficial) Michael Douglas Gets Involved With Succubi trilogy.
