Abominable

Chinese Propaganda ... you know, for kids!  Hard-working youngster Yi (voiced by Chloe Bennet) - who doesn't have time for her own family after her father passed - has a chance encounter with an escaped Yeti and vows to return him to his home (which, as it turns out, is Mt. Everest), even though he's being chased after by a scientist (Sarah Paulson) and a collector of rare creatures (Eddie Izzard).  This one is strictly - and I mean exclusively - for very little ones, who might be enraptured with the cuddly nature of the puppy dog-like Abominable Snowman since most people over the age of 10 might find it to be an absolute time-sink, with the Yeti basically an over-powered entity out of a video game and able to use his powers to get out of any situation.  It bashes on the Jin character for being self-involved and interested in fashion - which goes against Communist ideals!  Remember the Nine-Dash Line! - and then there's Albert Tsai's chubby Peng with his cracking voice to send actual shivers down your spine ... and an obnoxious sequence involving Coldplay's "Fix You."  Dreadful.
