The first hour of this sci-fi picture is a Sharper Image catalog for the future - Walter Pidgeon shows his guests around his abode, they get to play with the wares (most notably a brain-capacity-expanding-device) when not sweating over Pidgeon's virginal daughter (she can control the animals!) or getting Robey the Robot to make bourbon. The last half-hour is when any semblance of a plot emerges and one of the monsters from Disney's Fantasia threatens everyone's lives (there isn't a much of a sense of panic, however, when the beast starts tearing everything apart). While you could say it's a victim of time itself - look how far we came with technology - the story is poor and the characters are not investigated in the least.
