Neighbors

Director: Nicholas Stoller
Year Released: 2014
Rating: 0.0

Piss-poor 'comedy' has a fraternity (led by Zac Efron and Dave Franco) move into a residential neighborhood right next to a young couple (Seth Rogan and Rose Byrne) and their baby daughter - at first it's all magic mushrooms and fun, but when they realize the fraternity parties every single night, they call the cops and start off a war. The jokes are recycled, Rogan plays the same drug-hungry putz in every single movie he's in and the subtext about fear of maturing and taking on responsibility comes across as flaccid as the model penises the fraternity sells for ten grand. If your idea of funny is McLovin sporting a 20" horse cock and choking Carla Gallo with it, this was made just for you ... and we should probably never associate with each other in real life.
