Vacant and uninspired animated musical - based off a Hans Christian Andersen story - about a princess named Elsa (voiced by Idina Menzel) 'cursed' with the ability to generate frosty elements (but struggling to 'keep it under control') who flees to her own self-made ice palace when her sister Anna (Kristen Bell) tells her she's in love. I'm guessing the reason the Princess is so unstable and distant is because of her 'secret shame,' although the treatment of her disturbed mind-set is vague (though expecting a kids movie to go into psychoanalysis is unrealistic) - the journey for Anna to find Ol' Crazy Sis is rather routine and resorts to using a snowman unable to keep his body together (Josh Gad) around for 'comic' relief. Those thinking this is on-par with Wicked need to rethink that assessment.
