Factory owner Jason Bateman isn't pleased with his life: his wife (Kristen Wiig) won't sleep with him, he wants to have an affair with a new woman he hired (Mila Kunis) and his employees are disgruntled. It's lighthearted fare without much comedic bite (it's rated "R" but quite tame) and, most distressing of all, it tiptoes around the political subject matter, failing to address issues like hiring illegal immigrants, corporate takeovers, worker safety and so on, choosing to focus on Kunis' grifter character and Wiig's affair with a pool boy/pimp. With each passing year, Office Space seems to grow in power and relevance; this is that album's B-side.
