A fourth-rate, clichéd policier dressed up in Sin City's clothes - there's your run-of-the-mill futuristic corruption and a rogue cop determined to get to the bottom of it, all done up with CGI that removes all the glorious colors the eye and brain can pick up and decipher, leaving mostly white and black (so fitting that, like the plot, even the palette lacks shades of grey). I had a hard time deciphering some of the images on my home TV (I'll grant that it probably worked better on the big screen), forcing me to pause every so often - if anything, this dismal failure should teach potential animators what not to do in the future. This movie's grand low-point (among so many awful scenes): when the cop with the pregnant wife gets tortured. Didn't see that one coming....
